Market maker arrangements require their own legal framework. We prepare market maker agreements that define obligations, compensation structures, and regulatory compliance requirements. We also prepare distribution restriction matrices that map which jurisdictions your token can be marketed in and which require geo-blocking or investor qualification requirements.
